Overview
Provision of an automated cloud based "Customer Alert Service" where external stakeholders can subscribe to receive news from Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) on specific topics. The service will allow stakeholders to subscribe to specific range of topics based on DVLA products, services and related areas. DVLA information pages will be posted on GOV.UK and DVLA's Digital Services blog, hosted by GDS. Notifications of new/updated content will be input to the Subscriber Alerts Service which will send automatic messages to subscribers, informing them that there is new content available and providing relevant links to updated content pages on GOV.UK and DVLA blog.
