Scope of Works Remove all existing kitchen cupboards, worktops, sinks and drainers and dispose of to skip Distribute kitchens across four floors as required (2 per floor) Install new kitchen units to agreed plans and drawings Install worktops as necessary Install sink and taps Plumb in new sink and tap renewing all waste pipe from new install back to soil stack Install all splashbacks above worktops, to include cut outs for electrical sockets, tile trim style joints and silicon seal. Splashbacks to cover all areas above worktops including pipe boxing's. Create panel access within splashbacks for access to existing rodding points Install new cooker hoods Fit Kickboard plinth after…
