Elmers Clough Works

West Lancashire Borough Council invites applicants to quote for works at Elmers Clough. The works will be undertaken for the Ranger Service which sits within the Wellbeing and Place Department. The purpose of this project is to ensure the works carried out improve the accessibility to Elmers Clough and improve existing paths, bridges and steps. Access improvements should increase site usage and reduce antisocial behaviour such as fly tipping.
