South East Consortium (SEC) would like to appoint business that are capable of carrying out a fully managed and flexible electronic payment service. As part of the tender process, we will require tenderers to demonstrate expertise as a multiple network managed service provider for high quality, efficient, secure and auditable fully managed electronic payment services.
