Overview

Mid Ulster District Council wishes to appoint suitably experienced electrical contractors who would be placed on a framework to carry out planned and reactive maintenance, repairs, testing and certification and minor works throughout the Council’s estate. The contract period will be for an initial 12 month period, i.e. 1st August ’23 to 31st July ‘24 with the option to extend for 2 separate 12-month periods up to a maximum of 24 months, subject to review and performance, i.e. up to July 2026.
