This framework covers all electrical works, upgrades, rewires and repairs required by our Commercial Team. Contractors must be able to work across a spectrum of different building types. The electrical Contractors will undertake; electrical repairs, rewires and installation upgrades to Nottingham City Homes commercial buildings.During the life of the framework, Contractors may be requested to undertake one-off projects such as communal lighting upgrades, large-scale carbon monoxide/smoke alarm upgrades and LED installations, commercial kitchens, leisure centres.
