Rykneld Homes Ltd (RHL) is seeking to appoint one contractor to undertake electrical works associated with our annual Domestic Electrical Installation Condition Reports (DEICR) programme and associated works as a result of this programme. The annual testing programme consists of approximately 1000 properties in North East Derbyshire. Bidders will deliver complete all electrical works to properties to the BS: 7671 18th Edition and RHL associated specifications. This tender is for the completion of a minimum of 1000 DEICR and associated category one C1 and category two C2 remedial works up to £200 in value per test.
