Overview
To appoint a supplier able to provide all elements of electric vehicle charge point (EVCP) installation and operation, exact requirement for which would be determined on a site-by-site basis. Services required include design, groundworks, supply, delivery, connection, commissioning, maintaining and operation of EVCP within SMBC. SMBC have provisionally identified a number of sites for the installation of EVCP's and are in the process of securing funding through the On-Street Residential Charging Scheme (ORCS) grant fund to install an initial 17 sites.
