Overview

South Tyneside Council wish to outsource the operation, maintenance and investment of their Electric Vehicle Charging (EVC) Network. The Authority wish to appoint a single provider to operate the Contract as a concession. The objective of this Contract is to make the EVC Network cost neutral to the Authority and develop an income whilst maintaining and expanding the network as demand across the Borough grows with the predicted increase in electric and hybrid vehicles.
