Evaluation of whether individuals employed by an organisation under investigation by the EHRC are carrying out work of equal value to comparators. This investigation is a response to concerns raised by women employed by the organisation concerned, that they have not received equal pay for work that is equal to that of their male comparators and/or that they have been paid less than they would have been paid had they been a man. The EHRC's intention, subject to finalisation of the terms of reference, is to select a representative sample of pay grievances that have been considered by the organisation.
