EDC Human Resources Advisory Services

The EDC seeks to appoint a Supplier to provide expert, professional HR advisory services to support its Executive Team, Director of Corporate Services, Head of HR & Corporate Affairs, Line Managers, and the Chair as required during the life of the contract. As a small-medium organisation, the EDC has decided not to deliver all HR services in-house and operates a mixed model where the HR function is delivered through in-house expertise and external support.
