Overview
Essex County Council (ECC) wish to inform suppliers of the future establishment of a new Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to deliver Passenger Transport services as detailed in future Service Specifications from 1 January 2024. ECC are required to provide transportation services and assistants for passengers who qualify under statutory and discretionary policies. These services include, but are not limited to, Education transport including Mainstream Education transport, Special Educational Needs & Disabilities transport, Adult Day Care Centres and Services.
