Elmbridge Borough Council is requesting a quotation for the planning, execution and analysis/reporting of a residents' survey. The purpose of the research is to measure residents' perceptions of the local area and the Council's services, priorities and communication. The intention is to start fieldwork in November 2019. The Council's priorities for this survey are to ensure that results are representative of the population according to the key variables: age, gender, location (ward).
