Hampshire County Council requires path surfacing works to be carried out to a section of this public byway open to all traffic (BOAT) in the parish of East Meon, Hampshire (East Meon byway 49) Hampshire County Council requires works to be undertaken that will ensure that the routes are safe to use. Hampshire County Council requires a contractor to design and deliver the project scheme based on the following information.
