GCC have been using ProContract, the e-tendering system supplied by Proactis for a number of years. The current contract for the system was procured in 2017, via an ESPO framework, by the South West Procurement Board (SWPB) acting on behalf of participating councils, including GCC. This contract expires on 31st March 2021.\r ProContract continues to meet the needs of the council as an e-tendering system and of other councils across the South West. The SWPB has led a joint procurement of new contracts for ProContract from Proactis for a new 4 year term.
