Dynamic Purchasing System for Specialist Transport Services

Warrington Borough Council is keen to operate a Dynamic Purchasing System to meet its needs for specialist transport. This will include home to school, home to adult day centres etc. A range of vehicles will be required. The initial duration for the DPS will be 53 months with 2 options to extend the DPS by periods of 12 further months. Suppliers are invited to apply to join the DPS at any stage, although initially a call for competition will be held. All contracts let under the DPS will be subject to further competition, this may include e-auctions.
