The Education Alliance are looking to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System for professional services in construction and premises contracts within the UK (excluding Scotland). The DPS Agreement will cover projects including, but is not limited to, new builds, extensions, refurbishments, housing builds, multi-complex builds, works covering the railway industry, infrastructure projects, etc. The procurement will be a single stage process following the Public Contract Regulations 2015 open procedure.
