LHC on behalf of the Consortium Procurement Construction (CPC) is seeking to establish a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for Whole House Refurbishment for CPC Clients throughout Northern England. It is intended that the DPS will run for an initial period of four years with the option to extend for a further period of up to four years.
