West Midlands Fire Service are looking to identify a software solution to meet the needs described below. The system should be ‘off the shelf’ and needs to be in place by December 2015. This advert is requesting expressions of interest to help identify the procurement route. We are seeking to purchase a software solution that enables us to dynamically relocate available vehicles in response to changing levels of vehicle availability in order to maintain appropriate standards of risk and response cover.
