Overview
Replacement of the legacy DROITS database and paper-based reporting process aligns with the MCA's aim to be digital by default. This work will ensure the sustainability of the service and ensure that the Receiver of Wreck can continue to meet their statutory requirements under part IX of the Merchant Shipping Act 1995. Replacement and digitisation of the existing process will provide a better user experience for internal and external users of the service. This opportunity was run as a further competition under Digital Outcomes & Specialists 4.
