Overview of the Contract The scope of the proposed Contract includes: The full provision of responsive diagnosis and repairs to drains for all Community Gateway Associations domestic and commercial properties. A full list of CGA properties is set out in Annex 1 to the Specification. The Contract must comply with the following standards: • Control of Substances Hazardous to Health 2002 • Electricity at Work Regulations 1989 • Construction Design Management Regulations 2015.
