Overview
The Authority is establishing a DYNAMIC PURCHASING SYSTEM (DPS) for Consultancy Services for Construction. The DPS has an initial duration of two years with options to extend for up to a further two x twelve months at the sole discretion of the Authority. Stage 1, application involves NO pricing just completing an application form and providing evidence as stated. Stage 2 - Mini Competition is the request for pricing.
