Request for Proposals (RFP) for the provision of technical suppliers to support the potential development of Digital PAYG trials on rail during 2025 and 2026. Rail Delivery Group acting through ATOC Limited (ATOC) and working in conjunction with partners including GBRTT, DfT, and train operating companies, is seeking proposals to support the development of plans to run several DPAYG trails, involving a range of different suppliers and train operating companies (TOCs) during 2025 and 2026.
