The Council wishes to procure a provider to provide domestic abuse emergency accommodation. The Council are seeking a provider to provide 27 units within the Walsall area which adhere to safe accommodation to meet the needs of vulnerable customers and their children, while also complying to the Domestic Abuse Act 2021. • Lot 1 – Hybrid model bed 8 minimum, 12 Maximum refuge unit and the remaining in dispersed units.• Lot 2 – 27 Dispersed units across the Borough.
