Reconfiguration of the existing John Oddell Building at North Lindsey College into a T-level centre of c. 814m². It will create a range of highly flexible teaching facilities to support T level provision for Health & Science and Education & Childcare, as well as an employer engagement suite. The condition of the existing John Oddell building will be addressed through the roof repair and replacement which has caused significant water ingress in recent years. The refurbishment works will primarily cover the roof, internal walls and partitions, internal finishes and mechanical and electrical installations.
