Discharge to Assess Community Beds

NHS Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire ICB ("the Commissioner") sought to commission the provision of Block Pathway 2 (P2) Discharge to Assess community beds for patients in BNSSG. The beds will be delivered from John Wills House, operated by St Monica Trust, to support patients requiring short‑term, bed‑based rehabilitation following hospital discharge. BNSSG ICB has followed PSR Direct Award Process C for the contract to which this notice relates. This procurement has been carried out by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) on behalf of the Commissioner. The service is VAT‑exempt, and all contract values stated are excluding VAT
