Disaster Recovery

The aim for the procurement is to acquire a solution that encompasses all aspects of Disaster Recovery including but not limited to both hardware and software, licensing, maintenance of the solution, ongoing required configuration of the solution, hosting costs (including but not limited to backups onsite with MDC, backups in offsite locations, backups in the Recovery Environment), support, business as usual (BAU) support of infrastructure, playbooks for invocation of DR, warranties and overall management (to include proactive remediation of issues, restorations on demand, SLA backed services, regular reporting, updates to hardware, firmware, software, change requests, incident support).
