Overview

The Environment Agency will be utilising additional support to define the 'Data Factory' project to an extent where there are sufficient inputs to support a Strategic Assessment decision to proceed to Strategic Outline Business Case (SOBC). This activity will also provide artefacts which will become inputs into the development of that SOBC and position the new project against the existing Digital Twin Strategy, identifying the dependencies between the two projects.
