The Learning & Development function at RSH is responsible for enabling colleague capability, compliance and professional development across the organisation. It delivers a structured programme of learning opportunities, including mandatory training for all staff (such as health and safety, data protection and cyber security), alongside wider development covering leadership, inclusion and role-specific skills. The function also supports the identification of skills gaps, provides learning consultancy, and manages learning systems and platforms.
