Digital First Stakeholder Engagement Pilot

The Authority is looking for a supplier to lead delivery of a programme of general practice staff and patient insights research and analysis concerning the perceptions and usage of online primary care services. The outputs of the research and analysis should inform messaging, resources and engagement optimised to increase patient awareness, understanding and confidence in the ways of accessing general practice care in the Humber, Coast and Vale ICS project area.
