DfT Transport Appraisal and Modelling Panel

This contract is for the provision of a Transport Appraisal and Modelling panel. The panel will operate as a framework, enabling DfT to access detailed advice and scrutiny from Expert Panel Members in: - Transport economics and appraisal, including any of: cost-benefit analysis, values of time, environmental impacts, scheme costs, non-market valuation, microeconomic theory, wider economic impacts and Supplementary Economic Modelling (SEM)., including detailed knowledge of modelling of interactions between transport and the wider economy, and knowledge of techniques such as S-CGE, LUTI and QSM. - Transport modelling, including forecasting models and in-depth knowledge of all modell…
