Greater Manchester Police has developed a "Developing Diverse Leaders Programme" which will support the retention and progression strategy with the ultimate aim of having a more representative workforce across all ranks and grades for both Police Officers and Police Staff. The Developing Diverse Leaders programme is designed to build confidence and encourage engagement with the promotion process as well as supporting a coaching relationship with an experienced and qualified external coach.
