Developing Basic Home & Property Maintenance Skills (Newquay)

AMLAG03: Working with tenants of public and private housing provision (including Houses of Multiple Occupation) as well as homeowners to develop basic home and property maintenance skills in the CLLD Core areas of Newquay and St Columb Minor. Indoor living environment is an acute issue for Newquay and St Columb Minor. Anecdotal evidence and desktop research suggest this is particularly acute in Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMOs).
