Developer extension to assist with the Online Reporting tool within BEIS

Ambition: A single, reporting system that makes reporting easier for teams, reduces burden and produces useful high-quality management information that is accessible to all whenever required. Scope: Expand the existing Reporting tool to include broader functionality and UI changes as defined in the Discovery carried out earlier in the year.
