Eden District Council is seeking bids from suitably qualified and experienced consultants to prepare a Design SPD, compliant with the requirements of the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF), Planning Practice Guidance (PPG), National Design Guide (PPG) and the National Model Design Code.
