Design Supplementary Planning Document (SPD)

Eden District Council is seeking bids from suitably qualified and experienced consultants to prepare a Design SPD, compliant with the requirements of the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF), Planning Practice Guidance (PPG), National Design Guide (PPG) and the National Model Design Code. The Design SPD should also take into consideration the Levelling Up and Regeneration Bill as its progresses through Parliament.
