Overview
National Highways is seeking to procure a replacement for our existing Pavement and Structures Decision Support Tools (DST) that can provide deterioration modelling capability for both pavements and structures. At present there are two separate tools provided by two different suppliers for each of these assets. However, there are suppliers in the marketplace who have tools that can analyse both asset classes and it might be advantageous to have a single tool that will produce modelled investment scenarios for both asset types provided by a single supplier.
