The Council wishes to appoint two experienced, certificated contractors to comprise of two separate first placement and second placement contractors to undertake the following elements of debt recovery on its behalf: Element 1: Local taxation Debt collection and enforcement in respect of Liability Orders for Council Tax and Non-Domestic Rates.
