Dacorum Borough Council is looking to replace its support software system, used by the supported housing, tenancy sustainment, welfare education and support and homelessness Officers. Dacorum Borough Council has a range of services that provide support to tenants and customers to enable them to live independently, sustain tenancies and play a role in their local community. In order to do this there is a requirement to have regular contact, signpost to other services, make referrals to a range of services, set goals and to monitor progress in achieving these goals.
