Daventry District Council are undertaking a programme of Fire Improvement Works to their Civic Offices within the centre of Daventry. The Civic Offices are located on Lodge Road, (NN11 4FP) on the outskirts of the town centre. The works are being undertaken to improve fire protection measures within the Civic Offices following a recent Fire Risk Assessment. The Council intend to enter into an agreement under a new NEC3 (Engineering & Construction) Short Form Contract (ECES). The existing Fire Doors and Ironmongery throughout the Civic Offices are in a functional condition however, the Fire Doors are suffering from heavy wear and tear.
