Overview

SCC have a range of databases in operation where over time the skills to adequately support them have diminished. SCC was seeking a contract that would allow the ICT team to provide a flexible arrangement to support these databases from regular monitoring and patching, ad-hoc support, annual upgrades, transformation work between database solutions and experience in migrating databases to the cloud.
