Additional information: A pilot phase with the Provider, using Data Logic software, has already been completed. If we do not contract with the Provider then all this work will be lost. Although other data quality software exists, the Provider has customised their own version specifically for use in the housing sector. A Business Case was presented to Board and the decision was agreed.
