Bromford has individual relationships with more than 100,000 customers and aims to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, and advocacy, by providing homes in great condition, which enable its customers to thrive. Every home is required to be visited at least once every 6 years. In some instances, this period is reduced depending on use and the demand put up on it by its occupants.
