The Combined Authority wishes to establish a Framework Contract to provide a compliant and efficient way to procure a range of suppliers of cycle hangars for installation in 3 UA areas Bath North East Somerset, Bristol City council and South Gloucestershire county council. The Framework Contract will allow the Authorities to call-off the supply, installation, and maintenance of cycles hangers from the appointed suppliers as and when required, while allowing value for money to be better achieved by consolidating the requirements of the Authorities into, where practical, a standardised design and undertaking one procurement process and resulting framework contract.
