Solution Scope: Defining the business requirements and implementation approach for the Cyber Deployment Directorate (CDD). Solution Objectives: - Define NHS Digital's detailed supplier requirements for CDD implementation - Define the work packages and sourcing options per work package - Validate CDD costs and provide a rationale for any uplift to planning assumptions (if required).
