City of Wolverhampton Council (“the Council”) invites tender responses from suitably experienced and qualified service providers with a proven track record of delivering on-the-spot Fixed Penalty Notices (“FPN’s”). The successful service provider will employ officers and the necessary infrastructure in order to provide enforcement services within Wolverhampton.
