To work with Highways England as a Customer Experience Intelligence Partner during the re-procurement of the entire Dart Charge Service. The service will encourage 100% compliance and provide a frictionless customer-centric, multi-channel, socially inclusive road user charging scheme which is compliant with the UK government service standard.
