Citizen are looking to gather information on a potential upcoming procurement exercise for a culture audit. Our aspiration is to become an employer of choice, that requires us to have the right people with the right skills and behaviours and retain those people. A culture audit would help us to understand the current workplace culture at Citizen and identify areas for improvement and or best practice.
