The Authority is seeking an organisation(s) to manage its Cultural Facilities and Services for an initial ten(10) year period with option to extend for a further five(5) years. The procurement is divided into two Lots, Applicants are invited to apply for both or either individual Lot. The procurement is split as follows: LOT 1: LEISURE FACILITIES AND SERVICES - to manage Leisure based facilities and services i.e. Meadowside Leisure Centre; Shobnall Leisure Complex; Uttoxeter Leisure Centre; Sports and Health Development Service; facilitate outlying sports pitches.
