Cultural Change Programme

Torbay Pharmaceuticals wishes to establish a single provider Contract for the provision of Cultural Change Programme. There is a culture within the business (stemming from the NHS command and control approach to management) which has created a culture of covering ones actions i.e. "if it is in the system then I can't be blamed". Although in reality at a local level within TP there isn't a blame culture at a senior level. The business employs 170 people many of whom have been in the business in excess of 15 years.
