It is the intention of Coventry City Council and Warwickshire County Council to let a Framework Agreement for the provision of Language Services which includes; Spoken Face-to-Face Interpretation, Translation, Sign Language Interpretation and Telephonic Interpretation. The purpose is to make Local Authority and Health services equally accessible to all where English is not their first language and/or where service users have hearing, visual or speech impairment. The aim of the Framework Agreement is to make communication possible between professionals and service users in an impartial and confidential manner.
